Connecting an email account to an email client

An email account created in our dashboard can be linked to any email client with IMAP and SMTP support. For example, you can link your account to Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, or your phone / tablet email client.

Settings for email clients:
Incoming Mail Server (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.com (for example, if you have a domain “example.com”, your mail server address is “mail.example.com”)
Port: 993 (SSL / TLS protection on)
Username: Full email address
Password: Password for the email account
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com(for example, if you have a domain “example.com”, your mail server address is “mail.example.com”)
Port: 465 or 587 (SSL / TLS protection on)
Username: Full email address
Password: Password for the email account

It is also possible to use the POP protocol, but we recommend using the IMAP protocol first.
When IMAP is enabled, you can attach an email account to multiple programs and read the same messages in our Webmail.
